Well I did not realize it was The Best Years Finale until I programed my VCR to tape it while I was out giving a sermon. It was pretty good. The writing was not bad (except for the global warming nonsense), it was just not interesting. Charity Shea is the only reason the show is any good and while I enjoy watching her I am relieved that this show is over for a while.
iCarly was great. Haley Ram did a good job playing Missy. And I was glad and surprised to see the character Wendy return from the last episode. As I said in my previous review, I somehow think she has the potential to be used more. And then when it was revealed to Carly what Freddie did for Sam, I thought for a second that Carly might come to like him. Then I started to think it was another harbinger of Seddie but no need to rush that. I wonder how Spencer eventually got out of the cage. All in all, "iDate a Bad Boy" and "iReunite with Missy" have been excellent warmups for "iFight Shelby Marx." Fasten your seat belts folks! We are in for the best episode ever!
True Jackson was actually good this time for one simple reason: Jennette McCurdy. They brought in somebody I am a fan of to take the spotlight off Keke Palmer.
Also, Jennete and Ashley did a great job hosting the shows.

The Best Years/iCarly Review 5/9
I do not know how many of you watch "The Best Years," but I will review it since it airs on The N.
This show actually managed to completely fly under my radar its whole first season while I was watching all these other shows on The N. I initially had low expectations for this show because of an association with "Degrassi." Both are Canadian shows of the same genre. Last summer I watched some Degrassi and tried to get myself to like it but I could not. I just did not like the liberal nature of the show. The only reason I actually decided to give "The Best Years" a shot is that Charity Shea is hot. Well the show is not half as bad as Degrassi.
Now for the episode. How can you be stupid enough to staple a condom through the middle? Not to mention if a condom were stapled through the middle I would certainly notice it while unwrapping it.
Now to iCarly. I certainly agree with the critics who say that season 2 is superior to season 1. Prior to watching "iDate a Bad Boy," I read a message from Dan Schnieder that it was probably one of the best episodes. Well it was THE best episode so far. It was only 15 minutes into the movie when I realized it was going to be. But surely it will be surpassed by "iFight Shelby Marx." (more on that later).
It had its intense moments and gave me many good laughs. I like how they had two separate subplots for the two half of the movie. It was very interesting to see Sam hanging out alone with Spencer a lot. The character Wendy--Carly's study partner--actually seemed to have interesting potential for some reason. I was hoping she would have a bigger role but she never appeared again after that scene.
Well I am having mermaid withdrawl. When it the next H2O?
